01Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using Venturely, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
02Beta status and availability
Venturely is currently being distributed in beta via TestFlight. Beta software can change frequently and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or evolving workflows. We may add, change, pause, or remove features as the product continues to develop.
We aim to make the app stable, useful, and respectful of your data, but you should expect refinements while the beta is active.
03Licence to use the app
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Venturely on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these terms and any applicable Apple rules.
04Roles and visibility
Venturely includes organiser and participant roles.
- Organisers generally create and manage experiences, timelines, participants, documents, albums, and discussions.
- Participants generally access experiences they have been invited to, contribute where the app allows, and view documents relevant to them.
- Visibility is intended to be limited to the experiences a user is part of, plus their own personal Private Vault content.
05Your content and sharing
You retain responsibility for the content you upload, share, or contribute through Venturely. You should only upload content you have the right to use and share.
- Shared experience content may be visible to the authorised members of that experience.
- Some documents may be assigned to a specific participant only.
- You are responsible for checking that the right information is shared with the right people.
06Private Vault
The Private Vault is intended for the user’s own documents, such as passports, tickets, or other important personal items. It is designed to remain outside normal experience sharing. You remain responsible for what you place in the vault and for safeguarding access to your own device and Apple account.
07Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the app, interfere with service operation, or attempt unauthorised access to data or systems.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful material.
- Do not use Venturely in a way that violates another person’s privacy or rights.
08Plans and pricing
Venturely currently presents Personal, Family, and Agent plan concepts, including pricing information, as part of the product experience. During beta, these details may be adjusted before wider release.
Where billing or paid subscriptions become active, additional details about payment handling, renewals, cancellations, and account management may be provided in-app, through Apple, or in updated terms.
09Apple terms
If you access Venturely through Apple’s App Store or TestFlight ecosystem, your use is also subject to any applicable Apple media, services, and device terms. Apple is not responsible for Venturely’s content, maintenance, or support except as required by law or Apple’s own terms.
10Disclaimers and limits
Venturely is provided on an “as available” basis, especially during beta. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect syncing, or that the app will be free from all defects at all times.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, such as certain statutory rights or liability for fraud, personal injury, or death caused by negligence where applicable law says those rights must remain.
This section is intentionally written more plainly than a highly aggressive legal form. The aim is to be fair, realistic, and consistent with the app’s beta stage.
11Ending access
We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary, including for security, abuse, legal reasons, or material breach of these terms. You may stop using the app at any time. Some data may remain in relevant iCloud locations or support records depending on how the app and Apple services handle storage and deletion.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless a different law is required by mandatory consumer protections in the place where you live. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally.
